As part of her collaboration with the firm, she advises on contentious and regulatory matters, providing legal support in litigation and administrative proceedings, as well as developing defence strategies tailored to the specific circumstances of each case.

Dr. Luis Bastos

Business Legal Consultancy

Luis Bastos practises in the field of Business Legal Consultancy in Angola, advising entrepreneurs, investors and organisations on matters relating to business development, investment and corporate legal frameworks.

As part of his collaboration with the firm, he contributes his in-depth knowledge of the Angolan market, supporting clients with commercial and investment interests in Angola.

Luis Bastos is the Founder of Imersão Jurídica Angola and General Coordinator of LB Conexão, initiatives dedicated to promoting legal knowledge and strengthening Angola's business environment. Dr. Vasco Rodrigues

Dr Vasco Rodrigues practises in the areas of Corporate Law, Tax Law and Real Estate Law, advising both domestic and international clients on matters relating to investment, wealth structuring, corporate transactions and real estate projects in Portugal.

Dra. Yolanda Pereira

Public Law, Procurement, Litigation & Institutional Advisory

Dra. Yolanda Pereira practises in the areas of Public Law, Public Procurement, Litigation and Institutional Legal Advisory Services.

As part of her professional collaboration with the firm, she advises on Administrative Law, Public Procurement, Compliance and Tax Law matters, as well as projects in the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors, providing strategic legal support to both public and private entities.

Dra. Yolanda Pereira holds degrees in Economics and Law. She is a specialist in Tax Law, has completed postgraduate studies in Oil and Gas Law and Business Management, and holds a Master's degree in Judicial Law.

Daniela Coelho

Paralegal

Daniela Coelho supports the firm's legal practice as a Paralegal, assisting with legal research, document review, case preparation and the organisation of client matters across the firm's areas of practice.

Currently completing the 4th year of her Law degree at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.

During her academic path, Daniela also participated in the European Parliament Ambassador School Programme, developing a particular interest in European institutions, citizenship and legal affairs.

Her work with the firm is characterised by organisation, dedication and a strong commitment to continuous learning, combining her academic training with practical experience in a professional legal environment.
