Dr. Luis Bastos
Luis Bastos practises in the field of Business Legal Consultancy in Angola, advising entrepreneurs, investors and organisations on matters relating to business development, investment and corporate legal frameworks. As part of his collaboration with the firm, he contributes his in-depth knowledge of the Angolan market, supporting clients with commercial and investment interests in Angola.
Law degree in Catholic University of Angola.
Luis Bastos is the Founder of Imersão Jurídica Angola and General Coordinator of LB Conexão, initiatives dedicated to promoting legal knowledge and strengthening Angola’s business environment. His collaboration is distinguished by a practical approach, strategic outlook and extensive understanding of Angola’s legal and business landscape, reinforcing the firm’s international reach and its connection to African markets.
Dr. Vasco Rodrigues
Dr Vasco Rodrigues practises in the areas of Corporate Law, Tax Law and Real Estate Law, advising both domestic and international clients on matters relating to investment, wealth structuring, corporate transactions and real estate projects in Portugal. As part of his collaboration with the firm, he contributes to matters that benefit from his specific expertise, supporting an integrated approach across corporate, tax and real estate matters.
Law degree from the Minho University, with Master degree in Tax Law.

Dra. Yolanda Pereira
Dra. Yolanda Pereira practises in the areas of Public Law, Public Procurement, Litigation and Institutional Legal Advisory Services. As part of her professional collaboration with the firm, she advises on Administrative Law, Public Procurement, Compliance and Tax Law matters, as well as projects in the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors, providing strategic legal support to both public and private entities.
Dra. Yolanda Pereira holds degrees in Economics and Law. She is a specialist in Tax Law, has completed postgraduate studies in Oil and Gas Law and Business Management, and holds a Master’s degree in Judicial Law.
